Happy Halloween!

It's hard to believe how much my baby has grown in a year!

 

Last Halloween, my lil pumpkin.

We spent the evening passing out candy at the church trunk or treat.

 

(I already have ideas for next year! Josh is WAY more into Halloween and dressing up than me but I try to get into it.)

Last week we did a family photo session in my sisters back yard. My little sister set up the tripod and Trish came to hit the button on the camera, lol. My dad has ALWAYS wanted a family picture in camo so don't judge the redneck family pics! LOL

Pumpkin Carving

I must start out by saying I am NOT a fan of Halloween.......Never have been! BUT my husband loves it! HOWEVER I want every holiday to be fun and memorable for Karlee Grace! So last night Josh carved her pumpkin.

 

And of course it would be appropriate for it to be a monogram!

 

She wasn't impressed to be honest, but it will be fun to look back at this picture someday.

Boy.....Seriously!

As we were walking through Publix Karlee Grace starts saying boy! SERIOUSLY BOY and still no momma! LOL, Geez kid!

 

Another cute little thing she has picked up on is if you wink at her she blinks back!

 

And lastly, she will give you five!

 

Everyday is something new!

12 Months

 I can not believe I'm doing this post already!!!! Just does not seem right! Where is my itty bitty baby!

Weight and Height:
19 lbs. 12 oz. - 50%
28 1/2 in. - 25%
 

Clothing Sizes:

Mainly 6-9 month.

9 month onsies.

6-9 month sleepers.

Dresses all depend on length.

Size 3 diapers.

 

Eating Habits:

4 sippy cups of milk a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and before bed).

All table foods.

Favorites are ANYTHING that includes cheese (grilled cheese, quesadilla, mac n cheese, cheese, cheese and more cheese!

Other food include pickles, grapes, bananas, oatmeal, carrots, pizza, gold fish, graham crackers

 

Sleeping Habits:

Sleeping 8 p.m. - 8:30 a.m. and then takes two one hour naps a day! Morning naps have been lasting over an hour and afternoon naps are a struggle!

 

Favorites:

MICKEY MOUSE Clubhouse!

She loves playing with any toys that light up and play music especially her laptop.

She spends a lot of time RUNNING around the living room/kitchen area in her walker.

Crawling and pulling up on EVERYTHING! 

She has no sense of fear (fell head first out of the cozy coupe and the car flipped over on top of her)! She loves to be thrown around or have the feeling of being dropped.

Waving bye bye to people.

Clapping and dancing.

Pointing at the deer.

She loves to laugh at her daddy and her brothers (the dogs).

Vtech baby pad is one her favorite toys currently.

Still NO teeth! Karlee Grace is very active and follows my every step.

One of the cutest things she does is start clapping when I sing "If Your Happy and You Know It".

 

Dear Karlee Grace, please slow down! Please stop growing! It is flying by so fast and I spend every moment of every day with you!

I am so proud of our little first birthday party! Total success! I am proud of my cupcakes, cupcake toppers, mickey party hats, mickey monthly picture labels, Josh's wonderful Christmas lights, Chinese lanterns and everything else! I spent a number of hours preparing for this party and in my opinion it was so cute! Of course I had LOTS of help from Josh, Michelle and Ms. Donna!
