Bun in the Oven?

First comes LOVE, then comes MARRIAGE, then comes a BABY in a baby carriage?

What most people didn't know was after my sisters wedding in July 2011 I was no longer taking birth control. You see all I have heard from people for the past few years was when are you going to have a baby? And it drove me crazy!!!!!!! The first few years I was still in college and need to get that behind me then I just wanted a good year of fun! So when we finally decided the time was right the last thing I wanted to do was tell the world so they could drive me crazy even more! (The time was right because I didn't have anymore weddings to be in, lol) I was the type that went off the pill and didn't think about it again. I knew deep down this was something I wanted however I knew it would happen on God's time so there was no need to worry about it.

Wednesday, February 8, 2012, a week before Valentines day seemed like a normal day till I got to thinking and doing some math. I came home with pregnancy test in hand but had no intentions on actually taking it. I felt normal, no different than any other day, I wasn't sick, I wasn't tired, no signs...........so why take the test! Josh disagreed and a few minutes later I was taking a test. Before I even put the top back on the first test there were 2 lines......my heart skipped a beat. "Hey Josh, you want an early Valentine's Day gift?" His response you gotta be kidding me! Take the other test!! LOL, second test did the same thing! WE ARE HAVING A BABY!

I wanted to keep a secret however the phone rings and its a random telemarketer and Josh yells "we are gonna have a baby!". So I knew this secret would not be a secret long. We jumped in the car and headed straight for my parents then on to his parents. Not sure if they were shocked or not. The next morning I called the dr. office and I know the nurse so she said come see me. I left work to run to do blood work and return to work as if nothing happened :). Still keeping my mouth shut I wait till I hear from Ms. Gennie. Saturday morning while at the gym I get the text message I had been waiting for........I needed a little confirmation! Your pregnant and looks to be about 6 weeks! I immediately go to tell my sisters then call my best friend Kyndal. Josh and I made an agreement to keep this little secret till we hit the 12 week mark.

Expected Due Date: October 13, 2012!
