Baby Dedication

Let me start with the night before the dedication..........It was a rough night for my baby doll. With all the Christmas events taking place my milk supply had dropped so I decided to supplement a little. BAD IDEA! Poor thing had gas so bad and at 11 o'clock that night I put her in the tub to see if that would help calm her. She finally settled down and slept through the night.

The next morning I was nervous, she was still fussy and I was beginning to think we were going to have to cancel! My granny was in town and I REALLY wanted to have her here for this! This was something Josh and I both wanted to do and it was a very special moment in our lives. My dad actually did the dedication which made it even more special. We dedicated Karlee Grace in front of our family, close friends and church family.

Her dress was made by two ladies at our church and given to me at the church shower!

The gifts. The bible was given to KG from the church, bracelet from Josh and I, bib was from Josh's Aunt and Uncle and the burb cloth was from my parents. I plan to make a shadow box for these items.

We thank God every day for allowing us to be the parents of this lil girl.
