Mother's Day

So this year on Mothers Day everyone was like Happy 1st Mother's Day except Josh! He said it was my 2nd, gotta love him! Last year he surprised me by taking my original diamond out of my original engagement ring and had it set in a necklace! I LOVE that necklace however haven't worn it lately because it actually scratched lil KG's face, opps! I may have to pull it out and try wearing it again now that she is a little older!

Becoming a mother has been one of the scariest, overwhelming, exciting chapter in my life so far! Each day brings something new and more exciting.

It also gives me a whole new look on my own mother. I'm extremely thankful for who she is and what she has done for me!

 

Its moments like these that make everyday worth living for!

 

We turned it into a mothers day weekend! Mom, Michelle, Me and KG all went for pedicures on Saturday. We actually spent the entire day together while Dad and Josh worked on the camper (stay tuned for the camping post's!). So on Sunday we had Josh's mom and family over to grill out. You might not be able to tell from the pictures but I was actually sick with a sinus infection!!! Felt HORRIBLE!

 

So thankful for the mothers/grandmothers/great grandmothers in my life and I know they will have a positive influence on my doll baby!
